ROD TAGUCHI has created a new message in the forum "WebEx Social 3.0": -------------------------------------------------------------- When you use the Outlook plug in and browse the Social system, you see communities as well as all Discussion under each community. This is good since each discussion includes email integration. However, we have some communities where we've removed or HIDDEN the discussions page and are not using. Plus you cannot migrate or move discussion threads from one community to another so content there would be lost if retiring or consolidating communities. When using the Outlook plug in for WebEx Social, I would only like to see the communities and discussions that are enabled and not see the disabled or hidden discussion pages. I got confirmation back from the BU that the behavior you're looking for with email lists and hiding discussion boards should be handled as an enhancement request, which your Cisco sales account team can help you with.
Let me know if you have any questions remaining on this issue.

The normal process for other Cisco products is to go through the Account Team to build the business case and have them submit the Enhancement on behalf of the end customer (you in this case).
Like in most other regards, WebEx Social is currently different than the norm
I'll get this sorted out, even if I have to open the enhancement myself. I will also see what we need to do to improve the feedback loop. We should make it easier to get valuable feedback from the Partner community.
