Post with customer html disappear after posting

There are times when we are including custom html code and after Posting (saving the post), the post content disapears. Example, we have an html code portion of a post with these lines.

Hello Rod,

You presumption is correct. The reason for the html dissaparing is that upon saving all the code is run through an Antisamy filter to prevent cross-site scripting and malicious code being run on the platform.

This appears to be reason why embeding YouTube videos are failing as outlined here: http://developer.cisco.com/web/webexsocial-developer/forums/-/message_boards/view_message/8592269
Is there anyway to disable this process for YouTube or turn it off all together?
