Good day.
I have to create a pad that controls the flow of calls and one of the features is to mute calls, but have not found finnesse have that option.
Any of you know how to put mute a call?

This is because Mute is not a 3rd Party Call Control action. Mute involves manipulating the voice stream, which is a 1st Party (phone-side) action. It could only be done if you were integrating with some sort of embedded softphone (which Finesse doesn't currently support).
