Hi Peter,
there is a know bug in TC4 that the OSD top menu and clock gets stuck in certain scenarios. This has been fixed in TC5.1.
It has nothing to do with the custom layouts, that is just by coincidence.
I recommend that you upgrade the codec. A temporary workaround is to change the OSD language to something else then back again to the language that you prefer, like swedish->english->swedish. This will restart OSD. Optionally a reboot of the codec will also do the trick.
