I'm not sure this is the right forum...
I'm performing some tests un a UCM monitoring lines with a Jtapi Application.
I'm using UCM 7.1.2
I need to get the UCM logs via Real Time Monitoring Tool. I've choosen System/Trace & Log Central/Collect files.
The "Collect files" wizard opens, but I can't click on finish, it looks locked or something.
Any ideas are appreciated!
