Hi,
I have a system setup with 3 cameras using HDSDI, I have it controlled Via AMX.
I have created 3 new Layouts Via the Cisco TC Console, I have defined Local Layouts and also remote layouts I would like to send to the far End. The Local Layouts are generally all the same with a site on each screen.
The Remote Layout I would like the far end to see has a mixture of Layouts from a single camera to 3 cameras in a split screen view. During a call the user has the ability to change the layout the remote site sees.
I have used the below command via the AMX to change the view during a call: -
xcommand video picturelayoutset Target: remote CallId: # LayoutFamily: custom customlayoutname: Preset1
# Is the Call Number received from feedback.
Preset1,Preset2,Preset3 are my different views
I have tested this command in a call these are my results.
During a single Site call
The remote site sees all the preset views I send.
During a 2 Site call
The remote sites can see Preset1 and Preset2 but are unable to see preset3.
During a 3 Site call
The Remote sites can see Preset1 and Preset3 but are unable to see Preset2
I have tried this also via Telnet to ensure it is the exact code, I have also checked over the Cisco TC Console to ensure I have setup the correct views and all seems fine.
My only thoughts were to remove the number from the end of the name making it PresetTwo(Rather than Preset2), I don't think this would make much difference but I guess it's worth a shot.
Any thoughts.
Let me know if you need any more info.
thanks
Steve
