Cisco & Team,
Any plans to move reporting from informix based solution to SQL. I have seen that the CVP cuic reports every other week have datrabase hiccups and throw errors. It seems to work after the batch job run in the night and then next day randomly throws errors. I researched the logs and there are some connection pooling issues. I believe there are some bugs around this and so far Cisco is only coming up with reboot as a solution.
Frankly speaking I can get all the information I need regarding CVP activity etc myself and with my own scripts that comb through activity logs. To me it seems that this solution needs to be improved and why not be consistent and have everything on SQL. Why one component running on a not so widely used informix db server.
