Hi,
I have a customer who is using the new TMS 12.6 and the new folder structure for their global phonebook. In crestron i get the folders listed fine when the phonebook is reloded by requesting the global phone book. That works fine but when the they do search with letters for example "ume" they get all entrys listed starting with ume. That works fine as well. The problem is to go back to the folders in this mode. I have done a logic that reloads the phonebook and is doing a blank search and that works some times and some times I get enterys and folders in a very strange mess. If there is a mess and you repeat this several times finally the list is back to folders. This is not 100% and the customer is complaining about this. Is there a command for going back to folders. I have looked in the API and can't find it. Mayby I am blind.
