Let's say that I write a Studio app (MySubdialog) to be invoked as a subdialog from another studio app (MyMainApp)
And let's say that sometimes MySubdialog is sometimes invoked from the Studio app MyMainApp, but other times it's invoked directly from ICM.
0) I assume this is possible, is it?
1) Is there any way to know within MySubdialog whether it was invoked from another app or from ICM? Will that information will be available in the SourceApplicationName variable?
2) In MySubdialog, if I use a CVPSubdialogReturn (instead of a SubdialogReturn) when it's called from a Studio app, will the call return back to ICM, bypassing the calling application (MyMainApp) or will it go back to the calling app (MyMainApp)?
