Hi All.
I need help.
I have some problem. When I'm calling subscriber I need make monitor in standby mode.
xcommand Dial Number: "some number"
xcommand Suspend Activate
This is not working. Monitor is Active.

Hi Farruh,
If you are using HDMI, then the monitor will normally not go into standby. HDMI is using CEC (Consumer Electronics Control) to control standby and this is not supported by TANDBERG.
If you are using DVI-A or DVI-D we support both VESA power management (for analog) and Digital Monitor Power Management (DVI-D), which most monitors supports. You will then be able to put the monitor to sleep. I'm aware that most consumer monitors no longer provides a DVI-D connector.
CEC is something we are considering for the future.

Hello,
i do not open a new thread, as i think this thread matches my question.
We have many of C20 installations with NEC P401 screens.
Suspend mode works fine with DVI, but never worked through HDMI .
We got Information from NEC support, that NEC supports VESA and DDC/CI also with HDMI, but not CEC.
So since TC4.2 has been released and supports CEC, standby still doesnt work.
The screen tries to switch into suspend after some minutes but switches back on same time.. so it will never stay in powersave mode.
Is it planned in the future also to support DDC through HDMI or are we unlucky and have to buy other screens like LG or Samsung who supports CEC?
