I am currently integrating with Tandberg 6000 and need to know what API command(s) to call to get the same functionality as the Presentation button on the remote control.

xcommand duovideostart and xcommand duovideostop
You can also choose the source to present by adding videosource: x to the line e.g:

xcommand duovideostart videosource:5
*r Result (status=OK):
*r/end
OK

That's not the same as Presentation button. If the remote party does not support duo video then this command does not help.

You can use xcommand keypress presentation to simulate pushing the presentation button.
