I am trying to connect to the Cisco TSP using the TAPI 3 library through .Net. It works fine, but there is one point where I wonder if the TSP is going to respond correctly to the library request. I can enumerate the ITADDRESS2 lines from the TSP but when I try to enumerate the ITPHONES associated with the line I get an empty set.
On the other hand, if I use C++ and TAPI2.2 I can get to the phone device on some lines.

Does anybody know how to use the TAPI 3 lib with the Cisco TSP?

The Cisco TSP is not developed or tested for use with the TAPI 3 compatibility feature for TAPI 2.x.  There are known issues with using it that way - especially in the areasd of media handling and devspecific commands...sounds like you've found another area where it just doesn't work well.
I'm aware that some developers have been successfull in using the Cisco TSP with .NET via importing the C library -  not easy, but known to work.  You may be able to find some wrapper libraries as well (not supported by Cisco.)
