TMS agent: Unable to enable replication for VCSC

Hi,
My DNS settings are fine, but I still get the following message when I enable TMS Agent replication from the TMS.
*Unable to enable replication for 'vcsc'. A DNS lookup of the TMS host name on the VCS does not match the TMS IP address"

On the VCS when I enter TMS domain name or IP address for 'External Manager' it resolves fine.
Appreciate your help.
