Hello,
I'm sending an updateUser message to CUCM using API 9.1 and I receive an error that 'Primary Extension DN should be associated with the associated devices of the User'. I've already made the association between the end user and the 7945 phone that has the primary extension number assigned to it. Is there some other association it's looking for? The phone is a SIP phone so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Remember, the primary extension consists of a directory number as well as a partition. Did you verify both match?

ARGH!! Just when I think I've checked everything..... I had the partition piece in the request as 'routePartition' and not 'routePartitionName'.
