I am tring to upload an document into documents folder using webex social GUI. After clicked on Upload button,Its sowing me error "You don't have the required permission" . I had taken reference from webex social admin guide and changed the serverconfiguration.The File Uploads tab in the Server Administration window lets you set file upload restrictions, such asmaximum file sizes and permitted filename extensions, for Cisco WebEx Social in general and for thetype of application.Cisco WebEx Social rejects any file that a user attempts to upload that does not adhere to theconfiguration restrictions.But I am not able to upload any document having size 0.01MB.Please suggest for the same.
Please find the attached screen shot for the error what I found during the upload a file in to folders in mylibrary. After getting error i had given all permissions, still i am getting error. I just wanted to inform you that I am using webex social 3.0 developer edition.
