We are trying to use an external camera on a tripod with our C40. Currently using a Canon XF100 via HDMI. It seems that the codec is not recognizing the signal (low quality 4SIF) and 16:9 squeezed to 4:3. Have tried various settings to stretch but to no avail.
Any ideas or suggestions on how to configure this or a camera that you've successfuly connected up this way.
