We are in the review process to utilize Spring Framework mainly JDBC Template, WebServices, AOP for our back-end integrations. Did anyone used Spring Framework for CVP call studio applicaiton development. If yes, where do we need to place the spring jar files? What additional configuraitons we need to make it work for CVP? Please advise,

You can consider putting under Tomcat/common/lib if it is going to be used by several apps,
