Hello,

I am currently running CVP 4.1, although have tried with CVP 7.0.2 as well to deploy the same application.  When I try to deploy the application, I am presented with the error that I've listed below.  Has anyone been able to identify what causes this or resolves the issue?

I have ES 29 applied to the VXML Server (which includes the code for ES 3), which is what I think you are referring to there.  I do not have anything applied for Call Studio.  Do you have a link to download the required files?

When you used CVP 7.0.2, did you have 7.0.2 Studio AND 7.0.2 Vxml Server
patches both installed?
The 7.0.2 patch fixes the null pointer WSDL problem, but you need both
Studio and Server patches installed.

I don't have a link to the 7.0.2 Studio patch, but that's definitely
your problem.
Since both Studio and Vxml Server need to be patched up to 7.0.2 level.

There may be a link posted in this Forum, as this has come up before.
Try searching for it.

I found the Call Studio 7.0(2) software on the Cisco software site.  After installing Call Studio 7.0(2) and already having CVP and VXMLServer at 7.0(2), I was able to deploy the app.

I wish there was a fix for 4.1, since that is my current version.  We are upgrading soon, so it shouldn't be that big of an issue.

Thanks for your help.
