Is it considered "working as designed" if when you call out to a webservice using the built in web service element and get back information for set values and then try to call out to the same web service again later in the app to get back different set values and it returns back an error, null and routes out the error path?

Can you elaborate further on what exactly are you trying with backend calls, Are you getting two different responses with same input. What do you see in the logs?
