I am aware that the WebEx API offers support for authentication utilizing SAML.
Is there any support for authenticating utilizing OAuth ?

Apologies for the delay. There is no OAuth support at this time. It is something our product team is looking to support in future product releases. Unfortunately however this would most likely still be a long ways out and not available anytime soon.
