These errors indicate that Customer Response Applications (CRA) was not backed up successfully, but other applications may have been backed up successfully.

Resolution

If the backup server and CRA server are different machines, the backup software has to be installed on both servers. Perform these steps:

  1. On the machine that conducts the backup, install the software as Backup Server.
  2. On the machine that needs to be backed up, install the software as Backup Target.

The backup process uses the BackAdmin user account for connecting to Structured Query Language (SQL). The passwords for this user should be synchronized on the two servers. A situation similar to the one described would occur if BackAdmin passwords were not synchronized (if the target was not installed or the passwords were not synchronized on the two machines) while the administrator passwords were the same.

For more information on the installation of the backup and recovery tool for the CRA side, refer to the Backing Up and Restoring Your Cisco CRA Files section of Installing Cisco CRA 3.0.
