With zero-duration call logging enabled, how can I tell the difference between an abandoned call, and a call failure?

The following will be true regarding an abandoned call (where the handset was lifted, but a call was never attempted

dateTimeConnect will be zero
destCauseCode will be zero
origCauseCode is 16 or zero (depending on the device - phone or gateway)
