In this video, I'll show you how to use RTMT to gather traces and logs from your CUCM and IM&P server, this is also applicable for CUC using the same RTMT client you download from CUCM.

Another interesting part of RTMT, is the counters section, which I didn't show in the video, but you can use them to monitor real time data like number of active calls, CFB usage, etc. and also, you can configure alerts based on them, see here:
