When the refer-based transfer is used with the Auto Attendant (AA) script on Cisco Unity Express 2.3.1, the %SIP-3-INTERNAL: No subscribe handler registered for "refer" error message appears on Cisco CallManager Express.
When Cisco Unity Express uses the AA script to transfer the phone call to Cisco CallManager Express, the IP phone rings, but when the phone is picked up, there is dead air.
