After upgrading to Cisco Emergency Responder version 1.3(1a), "Cannot drop the database 'CERCluster01', because it does not exist in the system catalog" error messages appear in the install log

Core Issue

Prior to Cisco Emergency Responder (CER) version 1.3.1a, CER used to store configurations in the Cisco CallManager Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) directory.  But in CER version 1.3.1a, this information is stored in the CERCluster database and is not published.

Resolution

This error message is normal. The reason for the appearance of this message in the install log is that the install program tries to check if  there is a CERCluster database. Since this database did not exist in version 1.2.x, the install program reports that the database does not exist and then creates the new CERCluster database.
