As per the event viewer system logs, the Cisco CallManager user cannot login due to a bad password.
Resolution
The above error mostly seen when a server or computer is trying to access the callmanager using incorrect account or password.
Run the admin utility on the publisher and reset all passwords. For more information, refer to Check Password Synchronization with the Admin Utility in the Cisco CallManager Cluster.
Note: Normally the synchronization takes one or two minutes, but to avoid any issues, run this utility after hours as it causes Extension Mobility and other service account features to lose connection.
