Resolution
Unfortunately there is no direct way to determine who deleted a user from the
SA page, since there is no log of subscriber deletion from Cisco Unity in the Event log.
But, from within the Cisco Unity SA, it is possible to run a System report on Administrative Access. This shows the action and the administrator who performed it.
