In IP phone, cannot modify the font size and cannot have a larger display for the Visually Impaired

Core Issue

There are currently no IP Phones with the capabilities to have a larger display.

Resolution

These are two possible options that can aid in order to assist a visually impaired person:

  1. Use the IP Communicator with a Windows PC.  Windows has options to aid the visually impaired, hence as an application, IPC also has those capabilities.

  2. Use the AC, in regards to the previous capabilities. The AC actually controls the physical phone.
