Unconditional Forward

We are forwarding calls from Call Manager to another system. There is a lag. I was told to set the cisco side to unconditional forward so it bypasses the settings and forwards right away.  I can't seem to find that setting or maybe its called something different in CM.  We are on 11.5.1.10000-6.

It’s called “Call Forward All” in CUCM.

We also have an open case with "unconditional forward" to external mobile phones. Like Roger Kallberg said Call forward All in CUCM is an unconditional forward. 

 

For my understanding of "unconditional forward" is that when the user configure for example his interal DN 3131 with a CFA to external mobile phone. Then when a call comes in to cucm, then cucm sends an "unconditional forward" to cube > sip-provider" . Then cucm / cube and sip-provider isn't involved in the call anymore.  

The call comes from an external client "also a mobile phone" . 

 

Then the call legs are from mobile to mobile. But they have issues with the session expire, so that the call drops exactly after 900 secods (15min) .

The call would actually not be mobile to mobile. CUCM and Cube would likely still be in the mix. As the call drops after 15 minutes it would indicate a configuration issue, most often it would be in Cube. You will find ample amount of relevant post if you search for it in the forum.
