Hi,
I am trying to parse the sample host response through text file. I save the json in "response.txt". It's been loaded into document manager under the folder "en-US". I am trying to access the document through Create JSON document step. I was trying to use create file and create file document giving the path as following two ways
1. Just ["Response.txt"] in create file document
2. and ["/opt/cisco/uccx/Documents/User/en-US/Response.txt"]
while trying to use the Create json step, getting an error that "Response.txt" is not a Text document.
The Response.txt is having valid json text with in.
I tried to use the https url to access Response.txt using create URL document step.
"https://<uccx-server>/appadmin/temp/Response.txt"
Either way, I could not access the text file having the json content. I am not sure what I am missing.
Please help.
