Close Acount

As I have been duped into purchasing a Cisco product that is not fit for purpose, and as I have had to set up an account in order to attempt to get some help on it (which has proven to be useless too)  how do I now close the account in accordance with the GDPR regulations?

Following links on the Cisco website there is a cancel account option, but I cannot find this in any of my account settings.

I finished up having to write to Cisco pointing out that according to UK law I have the right to have my details removed.

As Cisco declined to reply or action my request, my next step is to report them to the ICO for breaching UK GDPR regulations.

It would appear they are contemptuous of customer requirements and UK legislation protecting their rights.
