Collaboration Labels - not usable?

Below are the current Labels for Developer Collaboration > Collaboration Blogs.
They are incredibly outdated and need additional labels. Here's my shot at categorizing them:

 

OTHER TOPICS CONTACT CENTER PLEASE REMOVE

Little relevance:

  • Emergency Responder
  • Extension Mobility API
  • HCS
  • PAWS
  • Contact Center Task Routing
  • Context Service
  • CTIOS
  • Customer Voice Portal
  • Enterprise Application Gateway (4 msg in last 4 years)
  • Finesse
  • Packaged Contact Center Enterprise
  • Recordings (MediaSense)
  • SocialMiner
  • UC Express Services Interface
  • UC Gateway Services
  • UC Manager Serviceability
  • UC Manager SIP
  • UCCE CTI Protocol
  • User Data Services
  • Voice Gateway
  • VPN Less Finesse
  • Reporting (this could apply to any product?
  • DX Series
  • IP Phone Services
  • Jabber Accessory Manager API
  • Remote Expert Mobile
  • Voicemail (Unity Connection)
  • JTAPI 
  • TAPI
  • Buying Recommendation

These are OLD, outdated, irrelevant and or too specific.

"Other Developer Collaboration" - What does this mean? 
"Webex Teams" - This naming convention was abandoned a long time ago

What about

  • Webex Message
  • Webex Meet
  • Webex Video
  • Webex Calling
  • Webex Connect
  • Webex Contact Center

These are the most important top-level categorizations that you can make right now. (and I would argue in the last 5-8 years). Then, add some more specific labels. Some examples:

  • Webex SDK
  • Administration
  • Embedded apps
  • Integrations (oAuth)
  • Bots
  • Apphub
  • Assistant

And "Type" labels:

  • demo
  • sample code
  • example
  • javascript
  • python

Recommendation:

  • Add the most important top-level labels
  • Add product specifc labels
  • Remove (or hide) labels that hardly have been used
  • Rename labels like "Webex Teams" --> "Webex Message"
  • The number of Contact Center related labels is VERY high compared to the rest and some of them have not been used in a long time. I don't even think you need such a specific categorization of which most labels have too many words / are too long.

The goal of labels is an easy categorization that allows people to 
- find relevant content
- assign content to
