They are incredibly outdated and need additional labels. Here's my shot at categorizing them:

These are OLD, outdated, irrelevant and or too specific.

"Other Developer Collaboration" - What does this mean?
"Webex Teams" - This naming convention was abandoned a long time ago
What about
- Webex Message
- Webex Meet
- Webex Video
- Webex Calling
- Webex Connect
- Webex Contact Center
These are the most important top-level categorizations that you can make right now. (and I would argue in the last 5-8 years). Then, add some more specific labels. Some examples:
- Webex SDK
- Administration
- Embedded apps
- Integrations (oAuth)
- Bots
- Apphub
- Assistant
And "Type" labels:
- demo
- sample code
- example
- javascript
- python
Recommendation:
- Add the most important top-level labels
- Add product specifc labels
- Remove (or hide) labels that hardly have been used
- Rename labels like "Webex Teams" --> "Webex Message"
- The number of Contact Center related labels is VERY high compared to the rest and some of them have not been used in a long time. I don't even think you need such a specific categorization of which most labels have too many words / are too long.
