Agent has continued connectivity issue on daily basis. Said issue is not effecting anyone else on the team but this agent. IT “fixes” the issue but it continues to occur. What are the possible factors besides internet speed/service that would cause this daily occurrence?
As I’m just on the outside looking in I would think IT would have found a permanent resolve. I’m unsure of what “fixes” have been made so I was curious as to why this would only be happening to one agent consistently.
