Enhancement request: Expand/shrink and rotation feature for avatar image uploaded.

I'd like to have an enhancment regarding to avatar image which will be uploaded from local machine.

Currently I cannot expand, shrink, or rotate the image I uploaded to My Album. The uploaded image often needs correction in its size and angle.
