Hello Cisco Jabber Community,
I hope everyone is doing well. I work for a nonprofit organization that represents and supports all girls and adults. We’ve been using Cisco Jabber for our internal communications, and while the platform is great, we’ve noticed that the emoji options are limited to light skin tones.
Inclusivity is a core value for us, and it’s important that our communication tools reflect the diversity of our team. Expanding the emoji options to include all skin tones would greatly help us and many other organizations committed to inclusivity and diversity.
I’m personally committed to enhancing inclusivity within our organization, and having more representative emoji options in Cisco Jabber is a step towards that goal. I would love to see Cisco Jabber take this important step to ensure everyone feels represented.
