Something wrong with notifications

Notifications for my profile were broken. I receive a great amount of same notifications. Please, see the attach (screenshots).

thanks Boris ... we had some major issues around Notifications for a few days last week.  We finally were able to resolve it, which solved a lot of the issues users were experiencing.
