Tac and HP service manager integration

I need to know if is possible integrate my service desk tool (HP service Manager) with TAC support case manager

I would say their is a better chance of HP buying Cisco - which I think is highly unlikely.

Hello Camilo,

Please excuse our delay in responding.  You have posted to a market trial community support page not associated with the Support Case Manager tool.

I was able to locate information on use of the tool at: https://www.cisco.com/web/tsweb/sasi/reference/1_0/help.html. It appears the tool supports export of TAC cases to Excel.  Beyond this, we are unable to assist any further.
