I would say their is a better chance of HP buying Cisco - which I think is highly unlikely.

I was able to locate information on use of the tool at: https://www.cisco.com/web/tsweb/sasi/reference/1_0/help.html. It appears the tool supports export of TAC cases to Excel. Beyond this, we are unable to assist any further.
