Will the Cisco 6941 work with IP Phone Agent software in UCCX 7.0.1(SR5).

Hi Frank,
Yes, it is supported. Please make sure the agents are running the correct version of Agent desktop (6.6.1.400). You can verify it's compatibility on page 27 of the compatibility matrix, linked below.

Isn't that what Cisco Agent Desktop (CAD) is for? I thought that IP Phone_Agent DOESN'T use the desktop?

You are correct, the IP Phone Agent is separate here, and is used on the phone directly. If your agents only use the IP Phone Agent, then I can confirm that your phones are supported on this version of IPCC Express. I only mentioned CAD (Cisco Agent Desktop) just in case you were also using that on the agent's PC.
