Recently we have been having an issue where IPCCX desktop agent is reporting that our user is already logged in. They properly logged out the night before. The agent further asks do you want to logout/login and then ends up with a timeout error. Has anyone seen anything like this before? I am using CRS 4.0.3

restart the process of cti and pg , and then retry.

Did you manage to resolve that issue? We r having same problem. Agent gets a message "user already logged-in", and cannot log-in unless we restart the engine.
