I found port utilization list for UCCX. For security reasons PPCs are in other network. I would like to tunnel CAD to UCCX network. Of course first is to tunnel proper ports but another thing is to configure CAD to match tunneled ports.
How to Configure CAD regarding tunnels?

Hi,
This isn't well described even in Cisco SRND. If you provide good bandwidth it should work. I've implemented Windows IPSec tunneling between and it works fine.

OK, but how you configured CAD where to connect?

I don't understand this question. CAD is connecting to IPCC server, tunnel is transparent for application.

If IPCC and CAD are in two separeted networks, it is necessary to point CAD to connect via specified tunnel.
Without that I can only recive info that there is a problem with licence. Moreover when you are logging to IPCC CAD asks for login ID, password and extension.
Q: How to configure CAD to use specific IP address or tunnel?

If found this for UCCE, maybe it will be suitable for UCCX.
