Call Consult Transfer behavior with SIP trunk

Hello.

Using UCCX 8.5.1 with UCM 8.6.1 I wrote a script with Call Consult Transfer command and found it's strange behavior. Script transfers a call via SIP trunk to CUBE. Call Consult Transfer processes invalid numbers correctly but busy extensions are treated as sucessfull. On CUBE I see correct disconnect cause 17 (user busy). Also it doesn't process the timeout argument. Does anybody know the reason of such behavior and how to fix it?

If I replace Call Consult Transfer with Place Call command can I connect a call triggered this script with a sucessfull outgoing call?
