Hi !
We have 1 main location and 2 smaller , interconnected through public
internet (Ethernet interface). Main location have approximately 25-30
phones and the others on 5-10 phones. Main location connected to POTS by
T1 PRI line and one location have several (2-6) regular analog POTS lines.
So , our idea is to concentrate call processing in one place and
install CCME & Unity in main location on 2650. Phones - basically
7960.On other locations we planned to install 17xx as access routers.
As I writed before , locations interconnected through public internet ,
so all of gateways participate in basic access features , such as NAT ,
rate-limit , etc.
Can CCME , installed in main location ,control call processing in other
locations or we need to install CCME in each office ?
Where is lacks in this scheme ? All of your advices will be very
appreciated.

You can have CCME, installed in the main location

Well, there are some problems with this scheme
1.) CCME is not officially supported for a multi-site deployment (reasons: see below). So no TAC support
2.)CCME can't do any kind of CAC, so you might run into all of the problems which come with link oversubscription
3.) Since there is no Locations / Regions Mechanism as in CCM, you will not be able to use a different codec for remote phones->you have to use g711
Do you want to use the 1760 as POTS breakouts? If so (and ouy buying voiuce gateways anyway) you should think about buying a small CCM (7815) instead of the CCME.
