Is there a way to get an agents data using the search api in ccmp, i am trying get the info using the agents peripheral number and don't seem to get it to work? has any one retrieved the agents data by passing the agents peripheral number? if so can you please share the url and exact query parameters that have to be sent in the GET request.
i have gone through the documentation and have tried all the parameters mentioned in the api guide, but i only get a 200 ok response and no agent data..
