Hi.
I have CCX 5.0.2SR3 and CCM 6.1.4.1190-3.
When i loggin on CCX i have error "The Cisco JTAPI Client versions are inconsistent. Please go to Cisco JTAPI Resync in the Unified CM Telephony Subsystem to install the Cisco JTAPI Client". When i press OK, i get on the empty page. I downloaded and installed JTAPI client from CCM. Situation has not changed yet.
How i can fix this problemm?

Hi,
From the document:crscomtx.pdf "Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (Cisco Unified CCX) Software and Hardware Compatibility Guide", the version of CCM is not compatible with your version of UCCX.
Your CUCM should be one of the following list:
6.0(1) - JTAPI 6.0(1.1000)-5 Filename 6.0.1.1000.037
6.0(1a) - JTAPI 6.0(1.1000)-5 File name 6.0.1.2000-4
6.1(1) JTAPI 6.1(1.1000)-1 Filename 6.1.1.1000-11

I upgrade CCM to 6.1(5).
But when you try to go to the ССХ I see tighter error.
