change CLID on redirected call to PSTN

Hello!!

I have a IPCC EXPRESS script running where I accept a call, playout a prompt, and then redirect the call to a PSTN Phone.

On that PSTN Phone I see as CLID the extension of the redirecting CTI-Port.

But I would like to transmit a different extension as CLID.

I tried to change the "external phone number mask" field in the CTI-Port configuration, but no success.

When I configure the "extenel phone number mask" on a normal hard phone, it works fine. So in general that "externel numbering" thing is working.

You probably need to create a partition for the phones that want to specify their own clid on the device. This partition can not be associated to any route patterns route goups/list that specify caller id.
