CISCO CRS Editor - collecting digits thro voice,reco word"operator"

I am new to CISCO CRA Editor.

I have developed a DTMF application...It had no much trouble while developing.

Now I have to develop the speech Application. In that application there are many states which collect digits(Ex: AccountNumber) which also need to transfer to Customer Service Representative if the caller says "Operator". Can anybody please help regarding this. I was trying over one week I am not getting the solution. Can anybody send me the sample code to achieve this task?

Thanks for your reply. But Could You please tell me through which way this document might help me?

I am not getting anything useful for my requirement through this document...
