CME/CUE Messages left from callers play back as the music on hold.

I've got CME and CUE set up and I'm having a problem where people call in to our site and when they leave messages and we play them back, all we hear is the music on hold for our site, as if that is what was left as a message. I'm thinking that it may have something to do with full-consultative transfer being turned on system-wide in CME, but I'm not sure. Has anyone ever seen this?

Your suspicions that the problem might be related to the full-consultative transfer being turned on system-wide in CME

may be right.

My recommendations:

1. Use Blind transfer globally.

2. If thar's not possible add transfer-full blind to specific ephone-dn so the CME does not have to wait for an answer when transfering.
