Customer wants to upgrade the number of UCL licences and compare services prices vs last year where he found big price increase. IBM need our help to understand where services prices have changed between former UCSS/ESW model vs SWSS model. This is higly linked with the licences upgarde in // thanks for your help with an expert in both collaboration solutions & services SWSS model
