Connect CUIC with external SQL Server

Hi All,

I am trying to connect SQL server with uccx informix database(CUIC). I even had a look at the following thread

But i couldn't find the exact way. Is there is any step by step guide to complete this?. Kindly suggest me the possible ways to do this.
