ContextService - Cannot add a customer from spark website

Hi,

I have registered Finesse and CVP OAMP but I cannot see them on the spark admin page, from the Cisco technical presentation I'm expecting to see something similar to the below ?

Also I don't have any menu to add a customer from the spark admin page , in the technical presentation Cisco said that we should be having the below ?

This feature is not supported yet for Context Service. Vikram (Context Service PO) is currently on PTO. I will make sure that he can reach out to you regarding this once he is back.

Hi Remon,

We haven' t yet implemented the Connector Status page for Context Service in Spark Cloud Collab Management portal. This is the reason you don't see anything in the UI yet.

We have implemented the Add New Customer org with Context Service in the onboarding UI but is not enabled for all partners orgs yet. If you have customers for whom you want to enable Context then let me know, we can enable Context onboarding UI for your partner org account. Email me with your partner org name registered with management portal and your org ID.
